Verify source server configuration

Before you proceed, verify that your source server is configured with the following:

Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 operating system.
The system volume should be the C:\ drive. Why?
The C:\ drive should not use more than 145 GB space. Why?
Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) must be enabled. Why?
Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.5 Service Pack 1 must be installed. If it is not already installed, you will be prompted to install it on your source server as part of the Double-Take Backup installation. The .NET installation may require a restart.
