Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure menu commands
If you have not done so already, launch the Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure console.
The following menu options are available in the Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure console.
File menu
- Disconnect—Disconnect from the currently-configured DTAVI server. When you disconnect from the DTAVI server, cached credentials are deleted.
- Exit—Exit Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure
Go menu
- Protect a virtual machine—Opens the first pane in the workflow that will allow you to configure protection for a virtual machine.
- Monitor protection—Opens the Monitor protection pane, where you can view the protection status of protected virtual machines.
- Manage ESX servers—Opens the Manage ESX Servers pane, where you can add, modify credentials, or remove an ESX server.
- Manage VirtualCenter servers—Opens the Manage VirtualCenter servers pane, where you can add, modify credentials, or remove a VirtualCenter server.
- Set up e-mail server—Opens the Set up e-mail server pane, where you can configure access to the SMTP mail server to use for e-mail notification.
- Manage activation codes—Opens the Manage Activation Codes pane, where you can enter new DTAVI activation codes to be used for protected virtual machines.
Help menu
- Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure Help—Launch the online help for Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure.
- Check for updates—Visit the Double-Take Software technical support site to see if an updated version of Double-Take Availability for VMware Infrastructure is available.
