Viewing reports

You can view usage reports which will help you better understand your monthly invoice from Double-Take Software. The usage report provides summary and detailed usage information, like run-time, storage usage, and the number of Double-Take server connections.

  1. Log on to the Double-Take Cloud console.

  2. From the Home page, click Reports in the links in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select the Usage-General Report.
  4. Specify the Start Date to identify the beginning date range for the report.
  5. Specify the End Date to identify the end date range for the report.
  6. Click Show Report.

The tables will update with the usage statistics for the selected date range.
